Davange Group

David Bradford

David Bradford is a former QUT Lecturer and Director of 3 State Government training agencies. With an 18 year career in the Justice and Human Services sector, David has a well-deserved national profile as a leader and educator in Justice, Health and Human Services. Experienced in the challenging fields of Corrections and Child Protection David brings a reality and resilience to his work. David is a solutions focused and pragmatic individual who has enjoyed numerous accolades and achievements in his 2 decades in Government including placing as a finalist in the 2009 Premiers awards for excellence and relieving the Department of Child Safety 2009 staff excellence award for services to staff development, workforce planning and development.

In 2008 David joined the Board of the Community Services and Health Industry Skills Council and in 2010 was elected to the executive committee. David is also a founding Director of the Australian National Paramedics Support Foundation. Along with David’s 6 years at QUT as the course Coordinator for Corrective Services Studies, David has served for 12 years as a TAFE teacher in both Community Services and Justice Studies. David has a solid reputation for achieving outstanding results in partnership with NGOs and education providers. David’s Premiers award nomination was inspired by his work to credential indigenous child protection workers. Thanks to David’s leadership 500 indigenous Queenslanders have qualifications in Child Protection at the Cert IV and Diploma level as well as a pathway to higher education.

Angela Bradford

Angela is a former school teacher who has found success in the corporate world over a number of years. Working in travel, retail, fitness, real estate and hospitality, Angela has a keen eye for critical success factors when engaging with corporate entities. An experienced relationship and membership manager, Angela brings her exceptional engagement skills to Da’Vange Consulting with outstanding results. Angela formerly taught Primary School in the remote indigenous community of Yarrabah, as well as mainstream schools in Cairns and North Brisbane. Her 8 years with Qantas involved call centre and client relations work which she ably assimilated into her business as a fitness instructor, where, over the course of 6 years Angela built a thriving personal training business, the children’s fitness program Kick Fit for Kids TM and established Studio Plus, a successful fitness studio at Brendale. Additionally Angela has worked in the real estate and hospitality sectors and she has expert skills and understanding of relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
